- 01Wrap the tape tightly around your ribcage, right beneath your bust, unlined bra on. Pull it tight against your body — snug enough that it doesn't slide, without digging in. Keep it level.
- 02Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust — level, not tight.

Sizing mirrors the band/cup equation and the published Huug alpha chart (bands 30–42, cups A–DD). AA, DDD/F and G are estimated to the nearest chart column — reach out if you're between sizes.

Tip: keep the tape level
Step 1
Wear an unlined bra and grab a soft measuring tape.
Step 2
Wrap the tape snugly around your ribcage, right beneath your bra.
Step 3
Keep it level and take the measurement.
Step 4
Add 4 inches if even, 5 if odd — this is your band size.
Measure your bust
Bust – Band = Cup size36" – 32" = 4" → D cup

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust. Keep it level and not too tight.

Take this measurement to calculate your cup size.
